Sellers ask for one price; buyers offer another. The difference is the spread. Use the lowest sell listing when spending refined to buy a key, and the highest buy order when selling a key for refined.
Acquiring ref: divide the dollar cost of a key by the ref received when selling that key. Liquidating ref: divide the dollar proceeds of selling a key by the ref required to buy it. These are two-step estimates; fees, whole-key increments, trade restrictions and market movements affect the result.
This page reads the shared price cache every minute, without sending marketplace requests for each visitor. The backpack.tf key snapshot targets roughly five-minute refreshes within the existing request budget. Mannco.store and Steam target 15-minute updates; queues and rate limits can delay them. Backpack orders older than 15 minutes are excluded, and Steam/Mannco prices older than one hour are withheld. Each market shows its own observation time.
Steam Wallet funds are for Steam purchases, not bank withdrawals. Mannco.store proceeds are site balance before withdrawal fees. Don’t compare the two as if they were the same form of cash.
