How do you get Smissmas Sweater War Paint?
Open a Gift-Stuffed Stocking from a qualifying Smissmas event. The Official TF2 Wiki records Smissmas Sweater as a stocking reward from Smissmas 2017 onward. Stockings are distributed when players launch TF2 during the event; check the current event announcement for availability.
